So You want to exercise
This is the beginners set with the p90 workout series it is a two disc set with two levels of training on each disc the workouts performed are done in 30 min intervals
This is the intermediate set called the p90 plus this series contains a five disc set with advance levels of training on each disc. The workouts are done in 45 min intervals
This is the advance set called the p90x or extreme this series contains thirteen disc in the set with advance levels of training for both serious trainers or athletes getting back in shape. On each disc there is a different concentration for each muscle group to gain different results. The workouts are done in 60 min intervals
